I live out of state and wanted to sell the house. I met with several RE agents for an estimate (and 5-6% commission-for them). Decided I did not want to do any repairs or inspections so I called SoCal home buyers. The offer was comparable to estimates but with no repairs, warranties, or termite inspections, Doug was available any time if I had any questions.( We texted a lot).
Danielle from the office checked in with me every week. Fidelity Title did an excellent job - as I had many questions for them. They even found an acceptable notary less than a mile from my home! The entire process was fast and hassle-free.
Everything was done by e-mail or mail and I didn't have to make another trip to Calif. I had an excellent experience with SoCal home buyers and would recommend them. Thank you very much - Doug and Co.!!!
